As a Capella Culturist, team serve as a cultural ambassador and guest experience curator, delivering highly personalized service that reflects the destination’s unique heritage. With deep knowledge of local traditions, history, and arts, you connect guests to meaningful, authentic experiences through storytelling, guided recommendations, and tailored itineraries. You are the key link between our guests and the soul of the property, ensuring that every moment—from arrival to farewell—is warm, memorable, and purposefully designed. The Culturalist Manager also ensures the highest standard of flawless and luxury personalized service for guests. |
