| 仕事内容 |
Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the service apartment IT infrastructure and IT systems, Property Management System • Assist in the pre-opening support for the new property on setting up the IT infrastructure, IT systems and coordinate with the key stakeholders to deliver training to the end users smoothly, Work closely with project team on its procurement and delivery. • Maintain physical and virtual servers infrastructure, network infrastructure, PABX telephony, Guest High Speed Internet Access (HSIA), IT hardware equipment, IT security • Manage and work with IT vendors for system installation, troubleshooting and support of the IT infrastructure and IT applications • Support end users in all IT related matters |
